Femino is a home-services app for booking verified women professionals. Choose from beauty and skincare, mehendi, massage, hair and nail care, yoga, maternity care, elder care, cooking, home help and laundry, all done at your home.

Every partner uploads her identity and supporting documents when she signs up. The Femino team reviews them and approves the profile before she can accept any booking.

It depends on when the visit is. Within the next 24 hours (a daily booking): no advance — pay the full price in cash after the visit, or the full price online now. Further ahead (an advance booking, up to 15 days): a 20% advance online confirms it and is non-refundable if you cancel; pay the rest after the visit online or in cash, or the full price now. The full price is shown before you book.

Each booking has a start code. Your professional can begin the visit only after you share that code with her at your door.

Yes. You can cancel from the booking page until your professional is on her way. The advance is not refunded when you cancel; if you paid the full price, everything above the advance comes back to your Femino wallet. If Femino or the professional cancels, everything you paid comes back to your wallet.

Refunds are added to your Femino wallet straight away and are used automatically on your next booking. If you need the money back on your original payment method, raise a support request from the app.

Sign up as a partner, choose your services and areas, and upload your documents. Once our team approves your profile you can go online and accept bookings.

Visits start from 5:00 AM and must finish by 8:00 PM, India time — for the safety of our customers and professionals. The booking form only offers start times that let your service finish by 8:00 PM, and no new visit starts after 8:00 PM.
